Unlike other vacation regions, there are no long dry or rainy periods in the Zadar region and around our villa. Around 2500 hours of sunshine are measured here every year – up to 12 hours a day in July.

The sea in the Zadar archipelago is almost unique. You can go swimming, fishing, sailing and other excursions or simply enjoy yourself. The crystal-clear water with its warmth and a salt content of 35-37 parts per thousand provides the ideal conditions and is responsible for the entire microclimate of the region.

The sea heats up less in summer than the land, as the sun’s rays spread and disperse more deeply in the sea. The air over the sea is inevitably colder than over land. That is why there is always a fresh and pleasant breeze in the coastal and island areas.

From the end of August to mid-April, the sea is warmer than the air, so it acts as a source of heat during this time and softens the winter.
