The open-plan, fully equipped dream kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and will make you a star chef! The dining area with a table that seats up to 12 people is integrated into the kitchen. You can access the pool terrace from the kitchen. This gives the living room a touch of open-air feeling.

Open living room

Just let yourself go – ideally on the spacious sofa. Make use of the space and enjoy games or TV evenings with family and friends. Our fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in the winter months. A large flat-screen TV and sound system are available for entertainment. The guest WC is located on the ground floor and can be accessed from both inside and outside (pool side). You will find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the storeroom.

First floor

Above the living room, there are three of the spacious and attractively furnished bedrooms with three trendy en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms on this floor each have their own balcony facing the sea. From the hallway you can access the second terrace where an outdoor table football table, a dartboard and a table tennis table provide fun and variety. Boredom doesn’t stand a chance.

Second upper floor

The sophisticated elegance continues on the upper floor in the form of the particularly spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and workspace. There is also a fantastic sea view balcony here. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings in each bedroom and you can safely hide valuables in the safe. Two more people can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed, which pulls out into a spacious bed. The feel-good extras include air conditioning and underfloor heating for the perfect living temperature at all times. The bathrooms are all equipped with walk-in showers, towel radiators, washbasins and WCs.
